We’re looking for reliable, hard-working and fun-loving people to help us put on the show. Make the most out of your time in Telluride and get involved with the community. Volunteers earn event tickets along with the feeling of being an important part of an event that advocates for our rights to live openly and authentically.

We encourage anyone interested in getting involved to read the details below, select the activities in which they’d like to participate and apply now. Volunteering is a great way to make new friends and be a part of the "behind the scenes" action.

How to Earn Passes

Volunteers have the opportunity to earn either single event tickets or a 4-Day event pass based on the amount of time they can contribute.

To earn a ticket for a single event, you need to complete 2 volunteer shifts.

To earn a 4-Day pass, you are required to work between 4-5 volunteer shifts, or complete 16+ hours throughout the week.
