New for 2025, Telluride Gay Ski Week (TGSW) is expanding into a larger venue, the Telluride Conference Center in Mountain Village, for its events from February 26 - March 1. The larger space will accommodate more attendees and serve as a central meeting place to pick up tickets, browse the merchandise store and explore pop-ups from TGSW partners.
The venue will provide a lot of new space for partners and allies. TGSW is seeking to partner with LBGTQ+ artists and allies to fill the space with gay art. This is a great opportunity for artists to showcase and sell their art to event attendees. Get all of the details and apply below.
Requirements & Information
Eligibility
All artists (LGBTQ+ and allies) are encouraged to apply!
Wall art and freestanding art considered.
Wall-hanging artists may propose up to 10 pieces, of any size, for consideration.
What’s in it for the artist?
Artist retains 100% of sales.
Artists receive two 4-Day Passes to the 2025 Telluride Gay Ski Week (pass benefits here)
Telluride Gay Ski Week will market the show through social media, website, newsletter.
Timeline
Applications due by January 15, 2025
Applicants notified by January 20, 2025
Show runtime is February 26 - March 1, 2025 during Après-Ski and evening programming (full schedule here)
Terms
Artists are responsible for transporting or shipping work to and from the venue.
Artists are responsible for setting up and tearing down.
Artists are responsible for all sales. Artists retain 100% of sales.
Artists must be able to set-up between 8:00 am - 2:00 pm on February 26 and tear down by 2:00 pm on March 2
Display materials are the responsibility of the artist.
Lodging is not provided for artists.
